It is a sad day for those of us who truly believed in the candidacy of Mitt Romney and a sad day for America. I feel America really got it wrong, however, his values, business sense and vision for America was showed more today than ever. It was an honor and a pleasure to have met him, his family and worked for his campaign over the last year at the grassroots level. I was always honored and proud that I supported such a fine man as Mitt I really have never felt so strongly as I did about any candidate before as I did about Mitt. To all of you who helped us thank you and to all of you on other teams, this is why it is great to be an American. We have the right to disagree, but as I said over two weeks ago, at the end of the day, we all need to come together for the Republican Party, the alternative is just too scary.
Thank you again. I am truly sad, but we will move on and promote the values of the party.
